What is the work process?
Please find below the step by step design & execution process for better understanding. Layouts are proposed according to the project’s requirement and further approval is required to move ahead with the project. After approval on the layout, we propose a set of mood images. Post the approval of layout and moodboards, we share a tentative costing to get an idea about the estimated cost of the project. After a mutual agreement on the design & a receipt of LOI and advance payment we proceed to work on the 3Ds and detailed drawings A dedicated project manager is assigned and further tracking of project progress is assured After the design and drawing approvals we move ahead with the execution and handover a functional office to you. The project’s payment terms and milestones are also aligned with the project progress. The payments will only be made after the milestones are achieved.

Our configurator provides you with a very realistic view of the final design and therefore minimizes the scope for changes later on. One of the things we take pride in is how closely our designs match the final product – what you see is what you get with us! But if you still need some things to be changed, you can have a discussion with your project manager and designer. Do note that changes during the execution may come with an extra cost.
